The City of San Juan Bautista is under mandatory water restrictions. The State Water Resources Control Board recently adopted an expanded emergency regulation to reduce urban water consumption by 25% in order to safeguard the state’s remaining water supplies. Copperleaf Residential Project
The City of San Juan Bautista is currently reviewing the Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration for the proposed Copperleaf Subdivision that will be located on a 13.3 acre parcel located on San Juan- Hollister Road. The subdivision will consist of 45 single family home lots with 9 accessory living units (Granny Units). The 13.3 acres is currently in the process of being annexed into the City. Public Comments will be taken until May 13th, 2016. You can bring all comments to City Hall located at 311 Second Street in San Juan Bautista or you can email your comments to firstname.lastname@example.org.
