Administrative Assistant (Part-Time / Hourly)
The Administrative Assistant, under the direct supervision of the Administrative Services Manager/Acting City Clerk, will be directly involved in performing a wide variety of administrative and accounting duties in support of city operations; maintaining and processing financial records or transactions including accounts payable and receivable; providing information to the public and other Agency employees on Administrative Services Division functions, policies, and administrative procedures; answers the telephone and assists the public; routes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail; maintains a variety of files and records; and performs other duties as assigned.
