Request for Proposal: Housing Element Update
The San Benito Council of Governments has adopted the 6th cycle San Benito County Regional Housing Needs Allocation RHNA Plan October 20, 2022. This document, the RHNA Plan, officially assigns the allocations to San Benito County jurisdiction-Hollister, San Juan Bautista, and unincorporated areas of San Benito County. The City of San Juan Bautista has been allocated a total of 88 Units, representing a 100% increase over the previous 5th cycle allocation. Click here for the Housing Element Request for Proposal

2022-23 Pavement Management Program Project
Details: The City of San Juan Bautista's City Council awarded the contract for the Pavement Management Program to McKim Corporation. Approved in Resolution 2022-79
Project Duration: 40 Working Days, Expected to begin January 9, 2023.

Details: The City of San Juan Bautista is sought qualified Firm(s) capable of designing and implementing energy conservation and back-up, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and energy related capital improvement services as described. San Juan Bautista expects a reduction in annual utility costs through the implementation of these services. It is our intent to enter into an agreement with the successful firm to conduct a City-Wide Energy Conservation / Efficiency Audit, and award contract(s) to implement cost-effective energy retrofits.
