Council Chamber Upgrades Request for Proposal The City of San Juan Bautista invites qualified vendors to submit responses to this request for proposal (RFP) for upgrades/solution to the visual and production equipment in City Council Chambers and Cable Production room. Through this RFP, the City is requesting qualified firms to assist with replacing the current presentation and broadcasting equipment. Proposals due no later than 5:00 pm February 4, 2022.

RFQ In preparation for assessing and implementing comprehensive energy conservation, emergency back-up, renewable energy, and energy related Capital Improvement Services - APPROVED

Details: The City of San Juan Bautista is seeking qualified Firm(s) capable of designing and implementing energy conservation and back-up, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and energy related capital improvement services as described within this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). San Juan Bautista expects a reduction in annual utility costs through the implementation of these services. It is our intent to enter into an agreement with the successful firm to conduct a City-Wide Energy Conservation / Efficiency Audit, and award contract(s) to implement cost-effective energy retrofits.
Proposal Deadline: All Statements of Qualifications must be received on or before October 22, 2021, no later than 4:00 pm.  Complete RFQ (7 pages)


Franklin Circle Park Project - APPROVED

Details: The City of San Juan Bautista will accept sealed bids for Franklin Circle Park Project, by or before October 13, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. at the Front Counter at City Hall after which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Complete bid package (205 pages)


Verutti Park Restroom - APPROVED

Details: The City of San Juan Bautista will accept sealed bids for Verutti Park Restroom Project, by or before October 13, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the Front Counter at City Hall after which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Complete bid packages (163 pages)

Mitigated Negative Declaration and Initial study prepared pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) regarding the fuel station, convenience store, and quick serve at 404-408 The Alameda. Also Findings and Conditions of Approval.
