Commercial Cannabis Businesses
The City of San Juan Bautista regulates the establishment and the operation of commercial cannabis businesses, including cultivation, dispensaries, manufacturing, distribution and delivery services. The City allows for a limited number of cannabis retail businesses. The regulations pertaining to Commercial Cannabis Businesses can be found in Chapter 5.31 of the San Juan Bautista Municipal Code.
Starting March 1, 2020 the City of San Juan Bautista will accept applications for cannabis operations. See the application below.
