Storm Drain Development Impact Fee
Hanna & Brunetti assembled available record data, and did some field recon to try to put together a preliminary list of the City’s existing drainage infrastructure.
For the record, this is not a complete assessment.
In general we included storm piping, culverts, manholes, inlets, and related facilities.
Also included were drainage items such as drain pipes crossing under handicap ramps, cross street concrete valley gutters, and earthen drain ditches.
Curb and gutter was not included.
Per attached -Estimated cost of Drainage infrastructure $1,986,525 (average cost over 620 parcels $3,204)
