Initial Study and Negative Declaration for 11.7 Acres East of First Street
This project would amend the 1998 General Plan to change the Urban Growth
Boundary limits and designation of Land Use classification from agriculture
to low density residential for 11.7 acres east of First Street. This
correction of an error in the 1998 General Plan will allow the properties
to conform to, and be consistent with, the land use that exists currently
and have the ability to plan for future changes in the community.
