B. Roll Call
Council Members Present: Priscilla Hill, Mayor; George Dias III, Vice Mayor;
Robert Paradice; Ed Laverone; Rick Edge
Staff present: Jan McClintock, City Manager; and Wendy Becker, CPA
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Dias and seconded by Council Member Laverone to approve the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously.
No public comment was received.
A. Review of Fiscal Year 2005/2006 Draft Audit
Paul Nowinski of Kasavan and Pope accounting firm presented the draft audit. Council agreed to remove inactive funds and those whose funding cycles are over.
B.
Review of Mid Year Budget and Provide
Direction to Staff on Remaining FY Expenses
Staff presented suggestions for balancing the General Fund Budget (Exhibit A attached) and the steps staff have already taken to reduce expenditures (Exhibit B attached).
A motion was made by Council Member Laverone and seconded by Vice Mayor Dias to direct the City Manager to implement Items 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8 on Exhibit B. The motion passed unanimously.

Provide Direction to Staff for 2007/2008
Budget Preparation
There was discussion but no action was taken.
D. Set Special Meeting to Set Budget
Priorities for 2007/2008 Budget
A special meeting was set for April 3, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. to discuss 2007/2008 budget priorities.
A. Review Agreement with County for their
Contribution to Renovation of Community
Center
There was discussion but no action was taken.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting, at 3:27 p.m., to the April 3, 2007 Special meeting at 3:00 p.m.
